Yoga Therapy believes that each individual’s pain and suffering is unique. Based on yoga philosophy and practices; it offers creative and gentle methods of exploring new ways of moving, sensing, feeling and thinking in order to understand how you have arrived at your place of pain and suffering and how to change it. It is a process of researching and testing new ways to alleviate present pain and suffering. These practices can then be used to avoid or lessen future suffering and pain. Yoga Therapy helps you to create strategies for living a richer, higher quality life no matter what the situation.
