Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
My practice focuses on fostering a safe space where clients feel supported, heard, and trusted so they can confront their present issues, develop insight, create solutions, and begin to move forward in life. Because I believe therapy and life coaching is a collaborative effort, during your sessions we will work together to identify your goals, and create an action-based plan to reach them. You will leave each session with a clear sense of direction and focus.
My approach to counseling and coaching is strength-based and solution-focused, while also concentrating on how our thoughts impact our behavior and perceptions. It is warm, empathetic, but also direct, firm, and brief.

I offer individual, group, and couples therapy. Groups include teen anxiety and stress management support, young adults transitioning from college into “the real world”, and women who are navigating their way through divorce. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults.
