Daniela Ferracuti, MD
Dr. Daniela Ferracuti is a licensed psychiatrist practicing child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. With over 30 years of clinical experience, she has provided comprehensive psychiatric services in a wide range of settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, emergency departments, therapeutic schools for children with autism, and juvenile detention centers. She has also served as a consultant to multiple school systems across Delaware and Philadelphia counties, including the Delaware County Intermediate Unit (DCIU).
Dr. Ferracuti specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Her approach integrates thorough psychiatric evaluations, evidence-based psychopharmacological management, and psycho-behavioral interventions, with a focus on holistic care that supports both mental and physical well-being.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Bologna in Italy and completed her residency training in General Psychiatry, as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, at Hahnemann University Medical Center in Philadelphia.
Dr. Ferracuti has served as a staff psychiatrist at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, providing outpatient services to children and adolescents. For over a decade, she has also been a clinical educator for Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs) and currently holds an academic appointment as a Clinical Associate at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.
She is an active member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and is deeply committed to helping young people achieve balance, resilience, and joy through compassionate, individualized psychiatric care.
