I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in family and relational therapy. I hold two master’s degrees in counseling from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education and am a member of the Building Bridges community in Media, PA. In addition to my office practice, I also offer in-home therapy in Philadelphia and the surrounding area.

My purpose as a psychotherapist is to help individuals and families find relief and greater ease within themselves and their relationships. My approach is relational and systemic, with a strong focus on the here-and-now patterns that shape our interactions. I bring a calm and grounded presence to the work and view every session as an opportunity for genuine connection and discovery.

I have extensive experience helping families whose child is struggling with intense emotions or behaviors that have become disruptive or unsafe. This includes oppositional behavior, violent outbursts, and threats of self-harm. I also work individually with adolescents—especially boys—who are learning how to understand and express their emotions, and with adults navigating anxiety, anger, sadness, or a desire for more authentic connection and joy in life.

My work is deeply influenced by mindfulness teachings and practices that cultivate awareness and presence. Teachers such as Eckhart Tolle, Jack Kornfield, and S.N. Goenka have shaped how I understand healing as a process of returning to our natural wholeness, one moment at a time.

If you’re curious about working together or would like to learn more, I invite you to reach out. I’d be glad to connect and see how I can support you or your family.
