I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker seeing individuals, couples, and families. My individual clients range in age from adolescents to senior citizens. Before becoming a therapist I had extensive experience as a corporate executive, and thus enjoy working with business managers, executives, and their families.

My areas of specialized practice include: trauma & PTSD; relationship challenges within a family and between individuals; panic, phobias, and anxiety. To help in these areas I call upon my experience and training in EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (using the mind-body connection for healing trauma), and Internal Family Systems.

Additionally, I have extensive training in meditation, mind-body connection, spirituality, faith, and intuition. Utilizing these along with my therapeutic training, I integrate the body, mind, emotions, and spirit in the service of healing.
