Relationship Healing and Growth LLC

My framework as a therapist centers around fostering deeper connections and bringing more kindness to ourselves and our relationships. To that end, my work, whether in the context of an individual, couple, family, or group, focuses on effective communication, collaboration, and healthy conflict resolution.

I join with clients as they face challenges and life transitions. These may include living with anxiety or depression, preparing for marriage or remarriage, parenting kids of all ages, separation/divorce/co-parenting, forming stepfamilies, and facing issues related to being a child of divorce. My approach to therapy relies on a variety of tools derived from evidence-based practices of talk therapy as well as non-verbal, experiential methods. Information is linked below if you have questions about some of these methods.

Not everyone is looking to make the time or financial investment in ongoing psychotherapy. I have enjoyed leading workshops and classes on Co-Parenting, Couple’s Communication, and Sexuality, with plans to offer more topics currently in development. Ask me about upcoming offerings if this might be for you.

I returned to clinical practice after years of raising children and facing my own life transitions. These experiences have brought deeper understanding, compassion, focus, and energy to my work with others.

I am considered an Out of Network provider. For clients who wish to submit for reimbursement, monthly superbills can be provided on request.
